Q. How long will it take?
A. We will give you a precise building time with your quotation.
Converting Loft usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. Each loft conversion is different and the length of time will depend on the amount of work undertaken.Please note that if planning permission will be required, obtaining permission might take anywhere from 8 to 13 weeks. It depends on your local council.
We can help you with approval process. If you planning to start job within next few months and haven’t applied for permission yet, it’s hardly recommended to book our free survey as early as you can.
Q. How much does a new loft cost?
Converting your attic is a cost effective method of extending your home.
A. First- it’s NOT cost. It’s Investment!
Loft conversions add up to 20% to the value of your home.
Average Investment depending on the size of your property- between £18’000 to £40’000.

Q. Is the Free quote?
A. Yes, we do not charge for quotation and there is no obligation or pressure if you do not decide to proceed.
Q. Can my loft be converted?
A. Every loft can be converted.
If you can stand up and there is about 7-ft or 2.20 metres in your loft then can be converted into room or office.
Even if your loft is not that high than we convert your dark and dirty roof space into nice and clean storage.
Another option is a roof extension, which will provide even more space and options for your living space including balconies and multiple rooms.
